SCENT-FREE POLICY
Purpose:
EMCA is committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment for all guests and staff. This Scent-Free Policy aims to minimize the risk of allergic reactions and sensitivities to fragrances, ensuring everyone can enjoy their experience without discomfort.
Policy Guidelines:

Scope: This policy applies to all Audience members, EMCA Board members and volunteers within the Pinawa Community Centre during EMCA events.

Prohibited Products: To maintain a scent-free environment, the use of the following products is discouraged:
- Perfumes and colognes
- Scented lotions and creams
- Fragrance-infused hair products
- Scented cleaning supplies -
Public Awareness: Signage will be displayed prominently at the venue entrances and throughout the facility to inform and remind guests of our scent-free policy.

Communication: EMCA will communicate the scent-free policy through our website emcaconcerts.com, in event advertisements, Fall ticket sales at the kiosk, and pre-event emails to ensure all attendees are aware.

Exceptions: Medical or personal use of scent-related products will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Guests should contact the venue’s management in advance to discuss any special accommodations.

Feedback: Guests are encouraged to provide feedback regarding the scent-free policy and its implementation to help improve our practices by emailing us at emcaconcerts@gmail.com.
